Where does this come from ? Or is it already always there in our hearts ? But gets clouded by our conscious disturbing thoughts. How to keep this perpetual positive beam intact ?
How to avoid getting blinded by the negative tumultuous sea of negative bombardments from the conscious mind ? How to find the best technique to overcome the overwhelming and bewildered thought patterns that lead one to despair and dismay ?
Is penning all this down one good idea ? There must be some way to see through the fog of negative thoughts. We all know that 'Que sera sera' or 'What will be will be' yet it becomes tough to calm the mind and let it relax.
We also know well that 'we come alone and go alone'. And the inevitable and frustrating mortality of life is also very well known to all. Then why all the hue and cry ?
Is it so tough to get over the bodily conception of life. ? Is body really everything ? Logically the body, though such a beautiful creation is the seat of so much pain and suffering.
Inherently we are all happy beings. But we get caught up in over-indulgence of sense gratification. There is nothing wrong with self gratification but running after it or excess of it tends to cause material contamination of the soul.
We are all full of fears, anxieties, tensions and worries. Is there an escape ? Belief in the existence of the soul helps relieve many pressures on the being.
How can one unleash the potential of the soul to fill the being with unblemished positivity ? The soul is eternal and divine in nature. It is like a reservoir of bottomless ocean of energy. And the body has limits, sooner or later.
Is Yoga or meditation the answer or is it lot of self-contemplation that can help ? We are all searching for the right answer to this tough but important query.
With the ghastly pandemic in force we are faced with mind-boggling negative turns of the mind. We need to take care of the poor mind too with the whole body as it is most concerned with the survival bit.
Half the immunity to fight external threatening factors like Corona and other common viruses and germs comes from thinking right or positive. So negative thinking can be very damaging causing the lowering of the immunity.
Though the elderly are more under threat we need to guard the youngsters even more against this lowering of morale because of the dire circumstances. Prayers with sincerity also are a very good and important way to boost the positive attitude of the being.
Everyone, young kids and people included have to understand the miraculous power of thought. It is of utmost importance to keep the conscious thought positive as it leads the life in the right direction.
Apart from purposeful and dutiful activities one should keep oneself involved in interesting actions like reading, writing, playing games like chess, word games,... and even physical recreation like simply walking.
It is crucial to be involved in some meaningful and constructive manner. It is important to remember that we should like what we do and do what we like.
