Out of the blue

You can do anything. Whatever we think happens. This life is a mirror of our mind. This mirror is very honest.

The man knew this well. He had no one though he was successful and competent.

He was a simple and sweet man but lived alone. He did have friends but was without a partner.

No matter how many parties he attended no woman had fallen for him yet. He did not regret this. Rather accepted it as destiny.

He had one special interest. To be lonely in nature at night was a favourite with him. There were many small parks near his home and he would often go out to them and sit in the moonlight for hours hoping for peace and happiness.

While sitting in the parks he would generally put on the youtube music on his mobile and pass time nicely.

The time was rolling by this way and he did not care. He felt satisfied in spite of all.

Once he was watching the moon mesmerized by its beauty while listening to some contemporary music. Suddenly there was a break in the music and next with a crack and a hiss he was hearing a strange enchanting whirr.

He was surprised but intuition told him that he was in for some strange pleasant happening. He looked up at the moon shining as bright as ever and was half shocked to see a dark blur across its surface which seemed to be moving slowly.

Next moment he was taken aback and thrilled to the core when he perceived that the blur was growing fast as if it was nearing. He wondered what could be happening.

He watched with rapt attention the approaching space ship and did not feel any alarm. He somehow knew and believed in destiny. He waited a little more. Lo and behold. The space ship looked exactly like a flying saucer and soon was descending in front of him in the park.

He did not feel any fear, rather was thrilled at this strange happening. He was filled with strange anticipation.

When the door of the ship opened he watched with delight when an alien woman figure descended to the ground and confronted him with a smile.

He knew this could not be and pinched himself to check if it was just a dream. But he was delighted by the melodious voice of the woman who addressed him by his name to his utter surprise.

There were no preliminaries. The beautiful woman walked gently to him and just came into his arms !
